Can I use my existing business number?

You can port just the SMS portion of existing landline or toll-free numbers to Heymarket while keeping the existing voice service intact.  

For business, toll-free, or landline ports reach out to Heymarket Support to start the process.

You can also port VoIP numbers to Heymarket but would need to port both the SMS and voice service to Heymarket

For VoIP or Mobile number ports, you will need to complete the attached LOA, submit a recent bill, and request a CSR (customer service record) from your losing carrier.  You would then submit that information to Heymarket Support to start the process.
