You can port just the SMS portion of existing landline or toll free numbers to Heymarket. After the port, the number can continue to use the existing voice service.
We can also port VoIP numbers to Heymarket, but would need to port both the SMS and voice service to Heymarket.
Here's the process to port your number:
- Fill out the form below to begin the port process.
- Email the completed form to Heymarket Support. Please include a copy of your last bill to confirm that you own the phone number.
- We'll reply with an expected date for the port. It usually takes 1-2 weeks.
- We'll contact you once the number has been ported.
